The number of VDOMS that can be configured on FortiGate is 10 by default.
If more number of VDOMs need to be configured, customers need to purchase upgrade packs to expand the number of virtual domains supported for each FortiGate.
All members of the same HA Cluster must support the same number of virtual domains.
Having cluster members with different VDOMs support will cause unpredictable results.
