Steps or Commands
When using the FortiGate SSLVPN Agent, you may see the status message "Fortinet SSL VPN client adapter driver installed and DUN
entry added", followed by no action.
This issue can occur when attempting to access the FortiOS 3.0 MR3 SSLVPN
tunnel after installing the SSL-VPN agent on a client system from FortiOS 3.0 MR5.
To resolve this issue with Internet Explorer:
In the SSL-VPN portal, select Uninstall.
In Windows Explorer, go to c:\windows\Download Program Files and delete the "fortisslvpn Class" folder.
Delete all fortisslvpn* files in c:\windows\system32\.
Reboot the client PC.
To resolve this issue with Firefox:
In the SSL-VPN portal, select Uninstall.
In Windows Explorer, go to c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins and delete the file, 'nsIfortisslvpn.xpt'.
Delete the 'fortissl' dialup network connection from the Windows Network and Dialup Connections control panel.
