How to determine your FortiParter or distributor to obtain support for your Fortinet product.
Steps or Commands
When registering our Fortinet product, you can indicate the name of the reseller where you purchased the product. This field is visible on the support.fortinet.com web site. Go to https://support.fortinet.com and login with your username and password. On the left, select View Products.
In the list of serial numbers, select on the serial number related to your support request. Look for the partner name in the Fortinet Partner field.
If the name that was entered is a Fortinet Partner, you should find their contact details on the Fortinet Partner Locator.
If the field is empty or does not indicate a Fortinet Partner, we recommend you to send your support request to your Fortinet Distributor. To locate your Fortinet Distributor, go to http://www.fortinet.com/contact/locator.html and select your country.
