Technical Tip: Look up a FortiGuard Web Filter URL rating

Description
In certain cases a Web Site URL may be rated as something which was not expected when using FortiGuard Web Filtering service.

To see what Fortinet FortiGuard rating system has as a rating for a certain URL, users can check the URL against FortiGuard database.

You can do this online at http://www.fortiguard.com/webfiltering/webfiltering.html

Add the URL to the string area and select Search.



A sample search result is as below. If the rating is not correct, user can have option to submit it for reviewing.
