If you notice a false positive, a clean message marked as spam by FortiGuard Antispam Service, or if you believe an IP address, URL, or email address is blacklisted incorrectly, you can send it to our dedicated Service Team at removespam@fortinet.com.


The dedicated Service Team of engineers and analysts is committed to respond to and resolve any false positive report and other issues in 24 hours, monitor and analyze latest spam techniques, continuously update FortiIP and FortiSig databases, and research and design new spam filters.

 

Refer to the 'How Do I Submit a False Positive' question in the 'Spam FAQs' section at http://www.fortiguard.com/more/antispam for details of the information that you should send to Fortinet if you need to submit a misclassified email to Fortinet for verification.

 

This location also provides a Signature Lookup link which allows you to check whether an IP address is blacklisted in our IP reputation database, or whether a URL or email address is in our signature database.
