Description
This article explains the maximum supported log size in KB on the FortiClient and how to configure the minimum default value on the FortiClient Premium User Console.
Scope
All FortiClient Premium users.
Solution
On the FortiClient Console Panel under General>Log Settings, the "Maximum the Log Size" option can be configured for logging sent to a Syslog Server or a Fortinet FortiAnalyzer device. This field may be set to either 10240 KB or 5120 KB.
The default setting for this field is 5120 KB. To modify the default setting simply select the required value from the drop down list and click 'Apply'.
Log entries are overwritten, starting with the oldest, when the maximum log size is reached.
