Description
This article provides more information about the FortiGuard Webfilter log message: "refresh fortiguard server information".
Solution
When the FortiGuard server list needs to be reloaded, all the pending requests are flushed with this message to ensure a clean update of the list. The list is only reloaded as a result of one of the following events:
- System timezone has changed.
- The FortiGuard hostname or port has been changed.
- The FortiGuard server override list has been enabled or disabled.
- The FortiGuard server override list is enabled and the list was modified.
There will be one log message for each request that was flushed as a result of the update.
