Description
The attached document indicates the maximum power levels in Japan regulatory domain.
Solution

Before connecting the FortiAP-220B to a wireless controller running on a FortiGate, the FortiGate wireless controller country setting must be set to “JP”.

# config wireless-controller setting(setting)

# set country JP

# end

FortiAP-220B is configured with the country setting and the maximum hardware power level is limited to the value described in the attached document.
