Technical Note : IPSec Phase1 tunnel cannot be terminated on a FortiGate loopback interface

Description

With FortiOS 4.0, an IPSec Phase1 cannot be bound to a loopback interface ("Local Interface" setting of a Phase1 configuration).

With FortiOS 5.0, an IPSec Phase1 can be bound to a loopback interface.
