Log Reference: Troubleshooting FortiSandbox Windows VM package activation and initialization issues through logs

Description
Here are common log messages and how they can help in troubleshooting. Note that the messages may not appear back to back as there could be other logs appearing during those timeframes.

Verifying Windows VM packages are available for install from GUI (versions will vary):
"VM with ID 1 got new version 7000000 (current 6000000), size 1271316683."
"VM with ID 4 got new version 6000000 (current 5000000), size 1714452683."
"VM with ID 2 got new version 7000000 (current 6000000), size 2539540683."
"VM with ID 8 got new version 6000000 (current 5000000), size 2398464203."

Verifying the Windows VM package list is valid and created successfully:
"VM upgrade: VM list file does not exist, maybe upgraded from old version, create empty file."
"VM with ID 1 will be added."
"VM with ID 4 will be added."
"VM with ID 2 will be added."
"VM with ID 8 will be added."

Verifying the Windows VM packages are downloaded successfully and installed from GUI:
"New version for VM with ID 1 is sucessfully downloaded."
"New version for VM with ID 4 is sucessfully downloaded."
"New version for VM with ID 2 is sucessfully downloaded."
"New version for VM with ID 8 is sucessfully downloaded."
"New version for VM with ID 0 is sucessfully downloaded."
"New VM is ready for installation."
"Start installing new Sandbox VM."
"New Sandbox VM was successfully installed. Rebooting system."
"FortiSandbox system is up. Start initializing Sandbox VMs."

Verifying the VM package (.7z file) is installed from CLI:
"VM image package was successfully downloaded via CLI. Start installing VM system."
"VM image package was successfully uploaded."
"Reboot process is initiated in CLI."
"FortiSandbox system is up. Start initializing Sandbox VMs."

Verifying a FortiSandbox Image file is upgraded (Model and firmware will vary):
"Image file FSA_1000D-v200-build0031-FORTINET.out was uploaded successfully."
"Firmware was successfully upgraded. System will reboot in a few seconds."
"FortiSandbox system is up. Start initializing Sandbox VMs."

Verifying VM Hosts are successfully created and initialized:
"FortiSandbox system is up. Start initializing Sandbox VMs."

Unable to activate XP due to internet connection:
