SolutionIf this message is seen then the first thing to check is the disk usage. This is because when trying to backup the configuration, FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager need to occupy a small portion of disk to create the archive backup configuration file.
On GUI, it can be checked from System Settings > System Resources widget.
On CLI, you can use command "get system status" and check for the disk usage.
If the disk is full or almost full, try to delete some logs to clear up sufficient disk usage to allow the backup to complete.
