Technical Note: Troubleshooting FortiCloud 200 GB storage license at License information widget

Description

Refresh the FortiGate License information for FortiCloud by triggering an update to the FortiCloud servers.

Solution

1. At the license information widget, locate the FortiCloud section and click on the logout button.

2. Click "Yes" on the dialogue box. This will stop sending logs but what has already been uploaded to FortiCloud will not be lost.

3. Click "Activate" and login. Have on hand the certificate number (key) for the FortiCloud 200 GB.

4. Type the certificate number for the 200 GB upgrade, this will refresh the server connectivity.
