Solution
CLI CONFIGURATION STEPS:

Step 1 : Type "ntp sync"

Step 2 : Type "ntp server x.x.x.x" where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the NTP server.

Step 3 : Type "reload controller"

Step 4 : Type "show ntp-server" to validate the set ntp server.

LIMITATIONS: A reboot is required for the changes to be implemented.
