Solution
Use silent client polling to allow tracking information to be sent between the Controller and the APs, and between the AP and a phone that is not in a call or during power save. This feature keeps the system appraised of a client phone location if the client moves between APs while the phone is inactive.

GUI Steps:

Configuration >> Wireless >> ESS >> Silent Client Polling : ON/OFF >> OK.
