How do I keep an ESS from being re-assigned to an AP after an AP reboot?

Solution
If you do not turn of ***New AP's Join ESS***, the AP will always be added back to the ESS.

To turn off this auto join:

GUI:

Configuration>Wireless>ESS> and un-check the option "New-APs Join".
