Description

This article explains how to resolve an issue where the FortiGate 100D does not boot with FortiOS v4.3.

Scope

FortiGate 100D hardware.

Solution

There are four different hardware revisions of the FortiGate 100D (rev1, rev2, rev3 and rev4).

Only FortiGate 100D with revisions 1, 2 and 3 are able to boot with FortiOS v4.3.
