To troubleshoot IDM issues it is always recommend to add support log bundle to the ticket.
To collect support logs:
Select > reports and Logs > System Logs> Log settings> change the Logging Levels to Errors, Notices, Info and Debug on all fields and click SAVE . Try to re-create the issue and browse to support logs tab and select : Download Support Log bundle .
Note: Change the logging levels back to default (Errors and Notices only)
