What to do when all the APs on the controller went into scanning mode?

At times when doing initial installation, we often see the APs coming up online on the controller. However, they won't be broadcasting any SSIDs and the AP mode will be showing "Scanning".
This could be because the country code parameter might have not been set while running the setup. Running the setup process again and setting the country code will fix the issue. Once the setup process is complete and after the controller reboot, the APs will be working in Normal mode.
