Solution
You will be able to use either the RADIUS server to authenticate the captive portal guest user or with the guest user id and the password created on the controller. You will not be able to use both the option to authenticate the guest users.

If you would like to use the guest login from the controller then you have to turn On the Override Radius Configuration in the captive portal screen to override the radius server authentication.

Override Radius configurations:

On—Local CP user login and password, timeout and inactivity values configured on the Controller will override the Radius Server configured values

Off—CP user login and password, timeout and inactivity values configured on the Radius Server will override the values configured on the controller.
