Controller reboots every 24 hours; EzRF sends alerts on regular basis that the controller has rebooted. These alerts are periodic. But the controller did not reboot actually.

STEPS TAKEN FOR TROUBLESHOOTING:
STEP 1: Checked the uptime of the controller. It was contradicting to the EzRF alert.
STEP 2: Stopped the EzRF server
STEP 3: Took a backup of alerts.filter file. (..\Program Files\E(z)RF Network Manager\WebNMS\conf\)
STEP 4: Took a backup of SEED file. (..\Program Files\E(z)RF Network Manager\WebNMS\conf\)
STEP 5: Replaced these files with the pre-edited files wherein the email alerts were suppressed
RESOLUTION: EzRF stopped sending periodic alerts stating that the controller got rebooted.
