Technical Note: How to adjust focus on FortiAPCam 214B

Description

This article explains how to manually adjust the focus of the FortiAPCamera 214B.

Solution

1) Remove the dome cover that protects the camera.

2) Loosen the focus adjust knob and move left or right in order to adjust the sharpness of the camera. The following image shows the position of the focus adjust knob.

It is possible to use mobile apps to connect to FortiRecorder for easier adjustment.

3) Tighten the knob once the focus is in place.
