Solution
During night mode where light source is low, the FortiCamera will turn on LED infra-red which will make night mode recording possible. In some cases, the recording may blackout and after a while the image will appear.
This is due to the light sensor detecting is large amount of light hence it will turn off the LED infra-red resulting in a loss of image.

Solution
In order to resolve the issue, ensure there is rubber sleeve on the light sensor inside the FortiCamera. The following image shows where to locate the light sensor and the rubber sleeve. In some cases the rubber sleeve was not installed and will be found inside the accessories box.
Once the rubber sleeve is in place, the issue will be resolved.
