This article describes how to backup an restore a SVN on a FortiSIEM. FortiSIEM uses an inbuilt SVN to store current and historical network device configuration and installed software versions for supported items (firewall, router, switch, servers...)

Backup
In order to back up the SVN files, the administrator must copy the entire directory stored in /data/svn out to another location. The SVN files can also be found on root under /svn.
Restore
In order to restore SVN files, the user must copy the entire /data/svn from the backup location and rename the directory to /data/svn.
