AO just had their certificate update from September 22, 2013 9-22-13 to March 2018.
An patch advisory release was provided to our customer base before this date to advise them to upgrade both the super and the worker's SSL cert.
If the super is using it's own SSL cert, you can update the workers. If the workers are using their own cert, you can then ignore this message.

This affects all AO versions 3.7.3 and Below, If you are on 3.7.4 you do not have to do this.
