Description
AccelOps Visual Analytics uses three components to generate near real-time visual analytics from synced AccelOps reports:
- AccelOps Report Server
- Visual Analytics Server, provided by our partner Tableau Software
- Visual Analytics Desktop, provided by our partner Tableau Software
For the Beta release of AccelOps Visual Analytics, we offer support for:
- Installation and configuration of AccelOps 4.3.1 Beta in a non-production environment
- Set up and configuration of AccelOps Report Server
- Set up and integration of Tableau's Visual Analytics Server and Visual Analytics Desktop for use with AccelOps Report Server
- Generation of visual analytics based on AccelOps reports
We do not offer support for:
- Set up, configuration, and administration of Tableau's Analytics Server beyond the integration with AccelOps Report Server
- Usage of Tableau's Analytics Desktop to create worksheets and workbooks beyond those provided by AccelOps
