Technical Note: Filtering logs from the policy page

Description

FortiOS v5.4.x offers the possibility to filter logs directly from the policy page, this is a useful time saving shortcut.

Solution

Go to Policy & Objects > IPv4 Policy > Select a policy, right click on the policy and select 'Show Matching Logs'.

This will display the Forward Traffic page filtering by the Policy Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the selected policy.
