Description

This article describes how to configure mailbox size per domain in FortiMail Server Mode.

Scope

FortiMail v5.3 or later (Server Mode)

Solution

Login to the FortiMail Admin page, go to Mail Settings > Domains > Select the domain.  Go to Service Settings and check Enable domain level server settings.  Set the mailbox size for the user.

Login to FortiMail webmail, the mailbox size for users will be displayed as shown below.
