Expectations, RequirementsFortinet RMA service should be made aware of the "ATA Error Count:" even if the SMART analysis passed inspection
Troubleshooting
When a FortiMail fails or becomes unresponsive, note the time and date of the event and run the command diagnose system disk errors
It might be a hardware issue and therefore you will need to create an RMA ticket if the command result shows "The SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: PASSED" and no flags on "WHEN_FAILED", check if the "ATA Error Count: " for recent errors
