SolutionThis article shows how to collect the logs from the FortiMail. These logs will provide the reason why any email is quarantined, blocked or rejected.
Go to Monitor > Log > History > Select the folder (if the exact email delivery date is known) > locate the email or Search > enter the search parameters and click on search.
Select the Session ID, it will open a new cross search result tab.
Right click on the logs and then click on Export and save the file in a .csv format.
