Description
This article explains how to restore FortiToken Mobile tokens activated as part of a multiple token license. Tokens may have been accidentally deleted by the administrators or have issues on FortiGate / FortiAuthenticator devices.

Solution
If one or more FortiToken Mobile tokens have been accidentally deleted from a FortiGate or FortiAuthenticator, they can be restored by registering the FortiToken Mobile license again.

The 20 character activation code needs to be entered again on the following web interfaces :
    - FortiGate:  User & Device > FortiTokens
    - FortiAuthenticator: Authentication > User Management > FortiTokens

The remaining tokens installed on the device will not be affected by re-registering a token.

The following instructions describe how to unlock a specific token which has an issue without affecting other tokens:
    - FortiGate: Delete the token under User & Device > FortiTokens and register the license again
    - FortiAuthenticator: In Authentication > User Management > FortiTokens select the token, click on Edit, click on Unlock, then click OK
