Description

The FortiToken uses a standard lithium battery with an expected battery life of 3 to 5 years. Features such as the blanking of the LCD screen when the FortiToken is not in use aim to preserve battery life.

Solution

The FortiToken is manufactured using a tamper-resistant packaging and it is not possible to change the battery. Once a battery reaches the end of life it will be necessary to replace the FortiToken.
