Issue: Upon a failover if the tomcat-admin on the secondary control server has never been accessed then a 404 error may occur when...
- Attempting to connect to the admin UI
- Recent upgrade of a SuSE OS appliance to 6.2.6.x
Solution:
Run the following command
rm -rf /bsc/campusMgr/ui/ROOT/META-INF /bsc/services/tomcat-admin/conf/Catalina/cm
then
/etc/initd/tomcat-admin restart
The GUI should now be accessible.
