Description

Not Displaying All Information in Modify Window After Upgrading to 7.0.4

Solution

Issue: After upgrading to 7.0.4.70, the following symptoms are present when accessing the Modify field on a network device in Topology:
- SNMP String field is blank
- Error message pops up:
Failure in ajaxGetDeviceData - ReferenceError:colCombocliProto is not defined

Note: this is only a display issue in the Administrative UI. The community string is still present in the database.

Solution: Upgrade to Network Sentry version 7.2 or higher.
