DescriptionUnable to download the latest agent version.
Via the GUI under System > Settings > Updates > Agents, one of the following is displayed under the Download Agent Packages section:
- "No Downloads are Available"
- "New Agent Package are Available" but the latest versions are not listed when the Download Button is clicked
Solution1. In the Administration UI, navigate to System > Settings > Updates > System.
The Product Distribution Directory field contains the sub-directory for the product software files. The sub-directory will vary depending upon the agent version.
2. Edit the Product Distribution Directory field with the appropriate sub-directory path. Refer to the System Update Settings section of the latest Agent Release Notes in the Fortinet Document Library.
