Description
Need to restore control to Primary Appliances due to system failover.

Scope
Version: 7.0.3.and above
Solution
Control can be resumed via the Administration UI.  The Summary panel displays the status of the Primary and Secondary Servers, as well as a means to restore control to the Primary.
  1. Login to the Administration UI.
  2. Under the Summary panel, click the Resume button under the Primary Server no longer in control.

Important:  Restoring control to Primaries will take several minutes to complete.  During this time, services will not be running.

Note:  If running version 7.0.2 or earlier, the system may need to be restored via the CLI.  Contact support for assistance.  If comfortable accessing the CLI, see related KB article below for instructions.
