Description
This article describes collecting Persistent Agent debug logs in Windows machines for troubleshooting purposes.
Scope
FortiNAC.
Solution
The following log files are created on the host computer upon installation of the Persistent Agent:
Agent Versions 5.x, 9.x and 10.x:
general.txt
bndaemon_log.txt
On Microsoft Vista and later, these files are located in the following directory:
%ProgramData%\Bradford Networks
Attach these files to the case. Upon submission, add a case comment with the following information:
- Details regarding the symptoms experienced, including any error messages.
- Steps were taken that resulted in the symptom.
