Issue: End users cannot access the web portal. Test procedures that automatically validate portal access fail.
The web portal services become unresponsive due to the processing of an excessive amount of non-user initiated requests. Network Sentry is consuming all web portal resources processing “application” requests from end stations that are isolated.
WORKAROUND
Manually restart the Apache service (httpd) to clear this condition.
SOLUTION
Upgrade to Network Sentry version 7.2.2 or 7.3.1
