SOLUTION
The February 22, 2016 package of AV/AS Definition Updates includes support for detecting Microsoft Windows 10 and 10x64 editions for Microsoft Windows 10 Home China and Microsoft Windows 10 Single Language. The editions are enabled by default in the General tab of each Windows Operating-System Scan, but can be enabled/disabled if you choose to Validate Editions.

Note that in versions 6 and 7 of Network Sentry 7.3.1 and lower and in Network Sentry 8.0.0, if you Enable Edition Validation and you select checkboxes for certain Editions, the behavior of the checkboxes can be confusing. With the Edition Validation checkbox checked, if you select and de-select certain checkboxes, the checkboxes can sometimes appear to be grayed-out when you exit and re-enter the view. Disabling and Enabling Edition Validation restores the checkboxes to the expected active state. This is only an issue with the Admin UI being confusing – the settings of the scan remain unchanged and set correctly. This will be fixed when you upgrade to Network Sentry 7.3.2 or 8.0.1 or greater.
