Description

iBoss Loses All Host Data Upon Reboot

Solution

Issue: When iBoss is rebooted, the cache containing the host data is cleared. All host data must be resent by Network Sentry. Currently, only host data that has changed (such as hostname or ip address) is forwarded to iBoss.

Workaround: Restart Network Sentry. This will resend all host data to iBoss.

Solution: This will be addressed in a future Network Sentry release.
