Issue: Persistent Agent login prompt appearing with either missing text (seen on Windows agent) or no text at all (seen on Mac and Linux agents).
This also effects messages sent to the host via the Persistent Agent.
This can occur if certain special characters appear in any of the fields in System > Settings > Security Management - Persistent Agent:
Header
Login Prompt
Login Prompt after Authentication Failure
User Name Label
Password Label
Footer
Special characters include:
&
<
Workaround:
1) Navigate to System > Settings > Security Management - Persistent Agent
2) Remove the special character.
3) Click the Save settings button.
Solution: Addressed in agent version 4.0.3 and higher.
