Description
Administration UI unable to load.

In order for the UI page to build, port 8443 must be bound to the eth0 IP address.  This is done using internal name resolution.  If the host name was configured as "nac" then the resolution may not complete properly and the UI page will be inaccessible.

Example of correct usage: IT-NAC-HQ
Example of incorrect usage: NAC

Solution
Change appliance host name to the correct format using Configuration Wizard.  For instructions refer to the Configuration Wizard reference manual in the Document Library.

Additionally, update the following:
  • Production DNS records
  • Persistent Agent Settings distributed to endstations specifying the host name for agent communication (HomeServer, Allowed Servers).
