Description
Host Not Automatically Switching VLANs on Ruckus SmartDirector

Solution
Issue:  Host does not automatically switch VLANs on Ruckus SmartDirector after successful registration.

Solution:  Confirm configurations on both Network Sentry and Ruckus are correct.

Network Sentry configuration: in the Ruckus SmartDirector Model Configuration under Topology, the CLI Credentials defined must be for an account on the Ruckus that has privileges/Access to the REST API.

Ruckus SmartDirector Configuration: The MAC address format must be set to use Colons in the WLAN configuration.

Refer to Ruckus Smart Zone Wireless Controller configuration guide for additional information.
