macos Sierra (10.12) Not Listed in Operating System Section of Scan

Solution

Issue: macos Sierra (10.12) not listed in Operating System section of scan. If scans are configured to look for certain Mac OSX operating systems, Sierra machines will fail.

Workaround: Bypass the OS Check by de-selecting all OS versions for the scan.

Solution: Support for Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) is now available as of the September 23, 2016 Auto-Definitions update. Refer to Support for MacOS 10.12, "Sierra", in Network Sentry
