Wired Access Switch Not Displaying Running-Config in Topology

Solution

Issue:  When right-clicking on the Running Configuration option in Topology for a switch's Model Configuration, the window displaying the configuration doesn't appear.  Note this option is only available for some devices.

Solution: Check the following:

1. Confirm Credentials are correct in the Model Configuration (if you do not need an enable password do not add on to the model).
2. Increase the SSH Timeout setting to 60 seconds.

2. Edit the field Telnet/SSH Connection Timeout (Sec):
