Description
Set User Expiration' in Hosts View Does Not Work

Scope
Version: Network Sentry 7.1, 8.0.4 and below
Solution
Version: Network Sentry 7.1, 8.0.4 and below

Issue:  Attempting to set the expiration for a user does not work when accessing the Hosts View.

In Host View, for a selected Host record registered to a user, there are two right-click options that are available:
Set Registered User Expiration
Set Logged On User Expiration

Currently, if either option is selected, no additional screen appears.

Workaround:  Set user expiration via User View.
  1. Navigate to Users > User View.
  2. Search for user.
  3. Right-click on user record and select Set Expiration.

Solution: To be addressed in the next Network Sentry release.
