Version: Persistent Agent versions prior to 4.1.1.24.
Solution

Version: Persistent Agent versions prior to 4.1.1.24.

Issue: Persistent Agent has significant delay in the machine reading/accessing and ejecting USB flash drives.

Solution: Upgrade Persistent Agent to version 4.1.1.24 or greater

"Changed the Windows Persistent Agent to postpone reacting to a USB device being added to the host.

Previously, when the Persistent Agent was running, USB devices added to a host were slow to be detected by the Windows Operating System."
