Description
Wireless Clients Not Being Moved to Correct VLAN After Adding Access Points

Solution
Issue:  After installing new Access points (APs) on an existing wireless network, wireless clients do not get moved to the correct VLAN.

After updating or adding a new VLAN or AP to the wireless controller, Network Sentry needs to be made aware of the change.

Solution:

  1. Login to the Administrative UI
  2. Navigate to Network Devices > Topology
  3. Right-click on the controller model and select Resync Interfaces
  4. Right-click on the controller model and select Model Configuration
  5. Click on the Read VLANs or Read Roles button
