Solution

Search for modifications made to the "Enable Quarantine VLAN Switching" configuration.

1.  Navigate to Logs > Admin Auditing
2.  Set the following Filters 
Name: Network Sentry
Action: Modify

Resulting Summary:
Enable Quarantine VLAN Switching changed from: true to: false
or
Enable Quarantine VLAN Switching changed from: false to: true
