Issue: With an IP Phone and PC connected to a managed switch port, when making a VLAN change within Topology, the port gets disabled/enabled prior to and after making the VLAN change.
Solution: Register the phone as an IP Phone in Network Sentry. Once registered, Bradford will not down the port to switch VLANS.
