Description
The IP Phone device type cannot be manipulated by network access policies.  It is assumed that all IP Phones will sit on a tagged voice VLAN.  Tagged traffic is not manipulated.

Solution
If the IP Phones use an untagged voice VLAN, and it is desired for the VLAN to be provisioned dynamically, it is recommended to use a different device type.  Refer to the FortiNAC Cookbook for instructions on integrating IP Phones using untagged VLANs.
